Cookie policy

Cookies, explained without the fog.

KOMERRA sets the minimum cookies required to keep you signed in securely — and nothing that follows you around the internet.

What cookies we use

KOMERRA uses a small set of first-party cookies, all functional: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (expires after 15 minutes of token life), a refresh cookie that renews your session securely for up to 30 days, and a role cookie that routes administrators to the right area. All are HTTP-only where the browser allows, meaning scripts on the page cannot read them.

What we do not use

The KOMERRA product does not set third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or social media pixels. We do not sell or share browsing behavior with ad networks.

Why there is no cookie banner maze

Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary for the service to function — signing you in and keeping you signed in — no consent-management maze is required. If we ever introduce optional analytics cookies, this policy will change first and you will be asked before they are set.

How to control cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the session and refresh cookies will simply sign you out — nothing else on your account is affected. Logging out removes the session cookies immediately.

Changes to this policy

If our cookie usage changes, we will update this page and note the date of the change. This starter policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
