From signup to your first recorded order.

How do I create my account?

Go to Start Free, enter your name, business name, email and password. You land in a guided setup that walks you through your business profile, logo, bank details, first products and briefing preferences — each step saves as you go, so you can stop and resume anytime.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Every new business starts with 20 free actions. You only add a payment method when you choose to top up credits later.

Can I finish setup later?

Yes. The setup wizard remembers exactly where you stopped, and the dashboard shows a “Finish setting up” nudge until you complete it. Nothing blocks you from recording orders in the meantime.

How KOMERRA detects sales from your chats — and how to add one yourself.

How do orders get recorded?

Most record themselves: KOMERRA reads your connected WhatsApp and Instagram chats, detects the sale, and drops it in your Approval Queue to confirm — no typing, no forms. To add one yourself, open the AI Assistant (or Orders → New order) and type it in plain language: “Ada collect 3 wig, 65k each, she pay 150k, deliver Ikotun.” Either way, KOMERRA shows you what it understood — confirm it, and the order, balance and stock all update at once.

What if the assistant gets something wrong?

Nothing saves without your confirmation. Correct the message and resend, or fix the detail in one reply — corrections like customer name spellings are remembered for next time.

Does it understand Pidgin?

Yes — “Ada don pay 150k, balance 75k” works exactly as well as formal English.

Invoices & documents

Branded invoices, receipts and delivery notes.

How do I generate an invoice?

From Invoices → New invoice, pick the order (or build one directly). The invoice carries your logo, bank details and the exact balance due, and you can download it immediately.

Why is my logo or bank account missing from documents?

They come from your business profile. Set them in Settings (or the setup wizard) once, and every future document includes them automatically.

What is a delivery note?

A one-page document for your rider: delivery address with landmark, the items in the package, and the exact amount to collect on delivery.

Credits & billing

Free actions, top-ups and what things cost.

What do actions cost?

Standard actions — an invoice, a receipt, a daily brief, a reminder — cost 1 credit (₦250 of value). Premium analyses cost 2. Viewing data, adding products or customers, and changing settings are always free.

How do I top up?

Billing → pick a bundle → pay through the secure checkout. Credits appear only after the payment is verified server-side with the provider — usually within seconds.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them.

Inventory & customers

Products, stock levels and customer balances.

How do I add my products?

One at a time from Inventory → Add product, or import your whole list at once with Import CSV — names, prices, cost prices and stock levels in one pass.

How does stock stay accurate?

Every confirmed order reduces stock automatically and writes a movement record. Manual adjustments (damage, new supply) take one tap, with a reason attached.

Where do customer balances come from?

From orders. Any part-paid or unpaid order adds to that customer's running balance, visible on their profile and in Debtors.

Account & security

Passwords, sessions and your data.

I forgot my password.

Use “Forgot password?” on the login page. You'll receive a reset link by email; setting a new password also signs out every other device for safety.

I lost my phone — is my data safe?

Yes. Your records live in your account, not on the device. Log in from any device, and reset your password to end sessions on the lost one.

Can another business see my records?

No. Every business's data is isolated at the database level — see the Security page for the full picture.
